Each weekday, more than 50 developmentally challenged adults gather at San Francisco's Creativity Explored to draw, paint, sculpt and show their work for visitors who can't help but feel overwhelmed by the vibrant energy and colors that fill the 5,200-sq.-ft. space. It's not about therapy. It's about art, in the form of fearless self-expression that the artists unleash in a way most of society is far too self-conscious and afraid to try.
